SWPC/SEAC is a partnership of neighbors and entrepreneurs working together to preserve the South Wedge Urban Village. Started in 1975 as an outreach program of Calvary St. Andrews Church, SWPC/SEAC is funded by the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal, the United Way, and a variety of public and private sources. SWPC/SEAC is built on the dedication of our many diverse volunteers, who provide leadership for our organization and vision for the future of our community. We warmly invite your participation.
